Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if it may arrive defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a replacement, you'll need to be within the 7 days off receipt and also have 3 clear photos of proof of damage, defect or wrong item.

If your return is accepted, we will first send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Then we will send you a Wicks & Butters store credit in the amount of the item plus shipping cost.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and body care goods (such as Whipped products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
