Our staff will 15-30 minutes ahead of schedule to set up.

We will provide  tables and chairs.

Please clear space. The 90 min last starts at the appointment time, so any delay in set up cuts into class time. 

Please have all guest arrive to the location on time to settle in and sign your registration packet.

We start all classes ON TIME with a 15 min grace period. 

Once that grace period has closed, we will proceed with class and will not reinstruct late guest.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ANY NO SHOWS IN THE PARTY. A WICKS & BUTTERS CREDIT WILL BE EMAILED TO HOST DAY AFTER EVENT. THIS CREDIT CAN BE USED FOR STORE PURCHASE OR FUTURE BOOKING.

72 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR RESCHEDULE. 

SAME DAY CANCELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RESCHEDULED. PAYMENT IS FORFEITED COMPLETELY. NO FUTURE BOOKING WILL BE PERMITTED.

Once settled, your instructor will introduce his/herself and welcome you to our candle making  workshop!

Registration packet will be explained and signed.
